FULL DAY ITINERARY:
7h15 – 7h45: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel with a tourist bus around Hanoi Old Quarter to depart for Ninh Binh province. We will drive around 2.5 hours to Bai Dinh Pagoda – the largest Buddhist center in Vietnam. You will be attracted by the traditional majestic architecture with hundreds of statues. It is a great chance to visit some of the highlights:
- 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats)
- 2 huge bronze bells, one weighing 27 tons, the other weighing 36 tons
- Three bronze statues of Tam The (50 tons each)
Then you will have a Buffet lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine.
Continue to take a boat trip to visit Trang An Complex - inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.. You will head to Trang An, embark on a traditional sampan through the outstanding natural beauty of the majestic limestone massif and the numerous caves: Hang Toi ( Dack ) cave - 320 meters long, Sang (light) cave - 90 meters long, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking wine) cave - 250 meters long…
Leisure cycling on rural roads alongside the extensive canal network and through small villages with back backdrop of a maze of limestone mountains.
16:30 - Take the return shuttle bus to Hanoi.
19:00 - Arrive back at your hotel. Tour ends.

What do I need to know?
- Do not wear tight and short clothes when visiting the pagoda, temple.
- After a boat trip on the river, the boat rower always expects the guest's tip of about 1$ or 2$.
- On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - due to the Night Market and walking street on the weekend in Hanoi Old Quarter Area, because most of the streets in the Hanoi Old Quarter area do not allow vehicles, we will drop you off at the nearest street the bus can drive to.
- During the period March to November, it will be good to pack a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (at least SPF15), a reliable insect repellent, a camera, and lots of batteries. Warm clothing for the cooler months of November to March is advised.
- How much luggage can I take? Your vehicle has limited space, so please keep your luggage to a maximum of 15kgs in a backpack or a small day pack to hand carry for easy access to camera, sunscreen, water, etc. Inhibitions can be left in the luggage storage rooms at your hotel with your other unwanted baggage.
